I'm ready to scream
Got my kids all new phones for christmas. I
went online and activated them on Christmas
eve so that they would be ready on Christmas
morning. Everything works except the
picture messaging. I cannot send my kids a
picture message to save my life. It's all
three phones too. Two of my kids have the
Rumor Touch and one has the Rumor 2. I have
called Virgin Mobile 7 times since Christmas
and all they can say is "We are working on it".
This is so irritating. I want to be told
when and how you're going to fix it, not
"we are working on it". I am about to cancel
all three accounts if this isn't fixed
within the next day or two.

You have that choice. Prepaid's great, until you need help with your phone...

Here we are a week later and still unable to send my kids picture messages on their phones. Yes I'm frustrated cuz I've called repeatedly and they always say that someone will call me tomorrow and then tomorrow no one ever calls me. ☹️

thats what you get with carriers like vm and cricket and metro pcs. They dont own their towers they use other networks towers so when there is a problem with the network (not being able to send picture messages) they tell you they are working on it but in all actuality they cant do anything about it.

Cricket and Metro both have their own native network. I sure hope you don't sell phones to people and mislead them like that.

Over 2 months later and finally all three phones are getting pictures messages. Dang took long enough. Geesh.
