Very Upset with Virgin Mobile Service
I have the LG Rumor Touch - Every single month I have to call into Virgin Mobile's customer service (if you can call it that) department because I have issues with my picture messaging and web browsing. Though it occurs every single month they have no clue how to fix this issue. I am unable to send/receive picture messages and most of the time I can not browse the web. I spend hours and hours of my life trying to get someone to fix my problem as I continue to pay for services that I am unable to use. I am told the same things over and over again as well including "We apologize for the inconvenience" and that they "understand my frustration" and "thank you for choosing Virgin Mobile." Seriously?! But it seems the Touch is just a problematic phone. I hear no issues from people that have Android. Go figure...

I asked them if it was the phone model that has problems and they informed me that "it's a network problem." so I asked if they could send me a different model phone and I would pay the difference. Answer - "Sorry but we are unable to do that. We would only be able to send the same model phone that you have." True that they are a "watered down Sprint Server" and I had issues with Sprint so I should have known. It's just been months of stress. Sorry I had to vent.
