some times when i use my phone it will shut off and then turn back on can anyone help me.
i called virginmobile and they said a should return it to the store. But cant they reprogram my phone because the guys on the phone sound like he didnt care.

i say go to the headquarters and throw that phone as hard as u can thru the window
just kidding, try calling cust support again(sometimes u run into a j*&k@ss who isnt on their job) if that doesnt work, try going to the store again
