Mark i dont't know where you are getting your information but i am from the bay area in california and i traveled to dallas tx. i ddnt have any trouble with roaming and ddnt have to pay any additonal fees

MetroPCS does not charge roaming charges, in any case they will use your money from your metroconnect account. if u dont have money there you wont be able to use travel talk "roaming." they can't charge you for anything its prepaid. 🙂
