Now that's real mature! People whether pre-paid or post-paid have a right to expect a reasonable level of service.

The only service your getting is pre-service. Metro customers are not even real customers.

so dissapointed in you my friend. I thought anyone who paid 4 service is a customer...pre or post pay. metro has good service--some knick knacks but nothing is perfect. even t-mobile has dropped calls and bad reception sometimes. Metro is AWSOME for those who just don't want to pay too much for service and those who don't want the committment.

Well its true that the service should be reliable but remember that metroPCS was build from the ground up and it has had it's service for 13 years now. Most metroPCS customers have a question of how we are pre-paid and we don't use pre - paid cards. But hope is with metro because of its state of the art technology. The contract is for the low prices of the phones they sell. When you sign a contract you don't have that much freedom as you should. metroPCS has many services that are great, its just that they are just coming out of the box and competing with the big guys.
