this is more a request to all metro reps.... when there is a system wide update and you have to enter an address please contact the customer and get the correct info. as an employee of the insurance provider we have run into problems when it comes to having the customer verify the address and most recently having phones sent to the wrong address. also advise your customers if possible to update their info as soon as there is a change if possible. this would help alot.
