😡 I am mad due to the disruption of service that I am having with my phone. I do believ that it is all network related. Is any one out there having the following problems ?
1) Dropped calls, right in the middle of a conversation.
2) Failed calls i.e. failing to place calls.
3) Non ringing of calls. You only realize that you have a missed call when you go to check voice mail.

the 6019i (almost the same thing)for us cellular doesnt get as good reception as the other phones when you hold them together, but i do not know why.

Well...you pretty much get what you pay for...Why complain? You have unlimited service for a very low price compared to other carriers. So,if your call has been dropped, just call back, you do have unlimited minutes afterall...sheesh... 🙄

I have a Samsung R450 and I started having those same problems this morning. Previously, the phone had worked fine at home. In fact, I took the phone to the MetroPCS store this afternoon and when I told the service rep the problem and gave him my phone, he tried it and it worked fine. So I thought it was murphy's law. But when I got home, it stopped working again.
