CANT GET PAST GOOGLE ACCOUNT VERIFICATION
PLEASE SOME ONE HELP!
I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Core Prime about 1 month ago, and letting my children play games on my phone some how a screen lock was created and I was locked out of my phone. With instructions from a Metro PCS agent I was told to factory reset my phone. Now that my phone has been reset, I am unable to use it! The first screen it comes to allows me to select English as my language. I then have to connect to a WiFi network which i have done so on several different networks several different times. After connecting to Wifi there is an EULA message that I have to agree to. Once I agreed, im being asked to log into my GMail account that was linked to the device.
