Hello I have used regular cells only so far--i want to switch to basic smartphone for needed apps--- I hate mail in rebates--as it can be a pain--there appears now ability to do this online--so please rate the basic smartphones under $100 --also I would hope for long time customers--a exchange of cells is possible as new customers are getting a new smartphone for free. Thank you!!!
