Metro pcs is the worst place to go. I have had nothing but trouble with my phone and service. Today i accidentally busted the screen and even tho i have been paying insurance every month, I was told that in order to replace my phone i have to pay out of pocket to get it replaced. I can get a phone cheaper than what i would have to pay to get this one fixed. They are out of their minds and i will be reporting this to the BBB.

I just paid my bill and received my confirmation text. 2 hours later I received a text from customer service saying that my payment has been reversed from my account. what does that mean?

Hello I have used regular cells only so far--i want to switch to basic smartphone for needed apps--- I hate mail in rebates--as it can be a pain--there appears now ability to do this online--so please rate the basic smartphones under $100 --also I would hope for long time customers--a exchange of cells is possible as new customers are getting a new smartphone for free. Right after I clicked through the story (it also coincided with the 15% power left warning), I got a message over my phone screen saying I had picked up a virus or something from "adult" sites I visited. I don't remember visiting any.

It threatened to take over my phone. I had heard of this on TV. I panicked until my husband came in and said to power down the phone and remove the battery for a few minutes. Did that and the phone seems to be working.

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Core Prime about 1 month ago, and letting my children play games on my phone some how a screen lock was created and I was locked out of my phone. With instructions from a Metro PCS agent I was told to factory reset my phone. Now that my phone has been reset, I am unable to use it! The first screen it comes to allows me to select English as my language. I then have to connect to a WiFi network which i have done so on several different networks several different times. After connecting to Wifi there is an EULA message that I have to agree to. Once I agreed, im being asked to log into my GMail account that was linked to the device. I have a 32Gb SD memory card
and the internal storage memory keep saying full and I am tired of rebooting my phone and I keep trying to put memory onto my 32 gb sd memory card and all of it won't go on the SD card not only that it won't delete everything off the internal memory I hate this phone I've really tried to do it manually and had a problem trying to move everything to the SD card and everything won't go on it only 2% out of 32gb is on the SD card on the internal memory keep saying it is full all of the deleting and the memory is still full someone please help me in this manner now if I have a 32 GB SD card and I tried to move clash of queen out of the phone memory onto the SD card memory and it won't move to the SD card and the S...

I just joined MetroPCS yesterday, and I was told that I would get 2G on Partnet networks. Texting works in roaming just fine, I have not tried to talk yet, but it must work since texting works.

However, I have absolutely no data when I am roaming. I have data roaming switched on, Is there anything I need to do to activate this roaming data?

I live in coverage of MetroPCS service, but occasionally leave town where there is not MetroPCS coverage.

Im calling a metro pcs number and it just rings once and says "the person you called can not accept calls right now, we are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you." Does this mean i was blocked?
