US Cellular is apparently updating their operating system or something. My friend works at the store in WI and I guess they'll be DOWN. View only data. So don't be dropping your phone in the drink. Service will be down for 3 days. With NO ability to set up phones. She even said that people can't even cancel service with them. Even though the service is great, BE CAREFULL with your phone. Otherwise you'll be out of one for a few days. No joke y'all.

Indeed they are upgrading thier billing system. No access for 3-5 days, but if something happens to your phone they will still be able to issue loaners until the upgrade is complete, just be patient it will be ok. 🙂

New date was changed to THIS sunday. some stuff won't be available on Friday or Saturday. But, surely don't break your phones from Sun - Thurs. Nooooooo way to get anything activated, fixed, changed. Just and FYI all.
