CRICKET'S CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL CENTERS
My name is Josh, and I've been a Cricket customer for over a year now. I switched from Boost Mobile because they don't carry a food variety of phones at a descent affordable price. So I saw cricket on a commercial I decided to check them out. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety phones they offered and they has some of the best deals on phones bar none any other carriers. The I ended up having a reception in their Network in my area partly because they go through AT&T. And their data plans are one of the cheapest and best price for what you get. I agree with froggyboy & add more. Cons:
Cricket telephone answering machine tells me Cricket hates Cricket customers. Cricket call options lack any CS option. Only options are buy more service, activate service, buy phones & buy insurance. Random button pushing either gets hangup or CS agent that speaks English but does not understand English.
First week I had 0 bars, -113 dbm & H+ or LTE icon. Cricket said service was perfect, tested perfect even while connection to CS was dropped repeatedly. Next day 3 bars signal & data rate exceeded 1 Mb/S.
After 5 pm, data rate drops below half of day speed. Many calls have audio in or audio out only. Again today CS said service is good!
