Heard from a pretty reliable source that US Cellular is in the process of purchasing the divested markets in Kansas, Nebraska and Arkansas.

I saw that too, but I did nto see that Arkansas was included with that.

I am hearing that something may be formally announced on 12/14. I won't hold my breath though.
