AMPD mobile customer service is non existent period. If you get online on their chat you will wait in queue for hours never to move up. I you walk away from your computer for one minute and they get to you after 20+ hours, they disconnect immediately. Their 800 number is the same, be prepared to wait on hold for over 20+ hours. Their email system is worthless as it always says they will get back within 24 hours. I've been waiting well over two months to get info from them.
Their rates are the best, but if you ned anything or have a technical problem forget it. If I can ever get my rebate back from them, I will try TrackPhone next.
And I am open for suggestions on a Prepaid phone.
