Yeah I know is a new carrier... blah blah. Who is it partnered with? is it like virgin mobile or boost? I'm just confused, I've seen a few commercials but that's about it.

Mobile Virtual Network Operator.
Basically, its jus' a carrier that sells service on another carrier's network.. they don't own or operate a network of their own. Think Virgin, Seven-Eleven, etc.
