So. Helio. The phone itself? badass. Cool camera, music videos, wake up calls, shizbang. The company? For the most part, horrible. I ordered my helio device and service right through their website. It took a few days, and wham.. Theres my new helio Hero device. I imediatly called to activate it, and the guy I talked to was very helpfull. Then I brought up that I would like my bill to be sent to my house and Ill pay it on my own. No automatic withdrawl. I dont like people taking my money without me giving it to them 😈 . I worked with the guy for about 20 min and we got it all taken care of and he guarenteed me that the bill would be sent to my house.

That being said. A month and a half had gone by, and I havent recieved a bill. ...
