Helio! WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hate yoU!

I had helio, did not like it, and returned it.

I got the money back from my equiptment, but still have yet to get the money back for the deposit that I had to put down.

They told me it would be credited to my card within 10-14 days. Well today is day 13...and im still waiting.... If its not there tomorrow I am going to totally freek out!!!!!!!

Don't try helio if you have a deposit, if you don't like it, they take forever, and im sick of waiting

LOL. Did Helio state, "up to 14 business days"? Worst case, get your bank involved, if Helio's financial dept doesn't help out.

It does take anywhere between 10-14 days to get a credit sometimes but I do understand your frustration. I agree with Yean...call your bank if the Helio financial dept doesn't help you.

So I called, They told me to call back on Friday, I called on friday, and they told me it had to go threw level 1 and 2 supervisors still, and level 3. While I was on the phone, they got the first 2 done, I called back today, and level 3 has still not been approved.... I was as nice as possible, and explained that I have been waiting for a long time for my refund, and is there anything they can do... So, after putting me on hold for 20 minutes, the lady tells me "No, there is nothing we can do to speed up the process, when the level 3 sup. gets to it, it will be approved."

Still nice, I asked if there is anything they could do at all, and she had level 2 email level 3, and I have to call back later today....

If I call back later today,...

Call Helio, and inform Helio, you followed their terms and conditions, and according to their terms and info given from Helio, you should have your money, according to a "lawyer".
I'm pretty sure, once you've mentioned lawyer, Level 3 will approve it asap.
Get in touch, with Helio customer care, via email. Pretend your going to be a new customer, and ask questions: "how long do I have to decide before locking into an agreement?", and "if I have to pay a deposit, and decide Helio didn't work out, how long will it take to get my deposit back".
Once you have this IN WRITING, Helio HAS TO HONOR IT, or can face getting sue for false info, not following T&C's, etc.
Now go get your money back. 😉

From what I know about this is that it takes 6 to 8 weeks to get a credit or check in the mail. If whoever told you, you would be getting it sooner worked in a store probably told you that to get you out of the store.

wait a second...
you paid how much of a deposit????
that seems pretty high. are you sure it was through a helio store and not a 3rd party provider? i've never heard of any provider asking for that high a deposit, but then i guess anyting is possible.
if it is a 3rd party provider, they usually have their own terms as far as pay back on the deposit, so you may want to check with them as well. if it was helio direct, and if you paid via credit or debit card, get a copy of your statement showing the charge and inform them you will be going through your local bbb office.

Maybe you should take care of your other financial obligations so that you don't have to pay stupid deposits!!! 😛
