Video messaging
When I receive video messages from other carriers, I noticed that in order to view the whole clip I have to save it first and also the sound is a little garbbled and cuts off after a few seconds? Why does that happen? Also, when will Helio starting using an automated system that you can call to check mins, bal, etc? Right now I have been using my computer and logging into my account. Those are the only 2 issues I have. I love the phone and the customer service is pretty good. 🙂
