Help with phone plese!!!!!
I had a Samsung A-670 but it broke and I don't have insurance and I have to buy a phone at full retail does anyone have any suggestions as to what phone I should get. Thanks alot. Any help apreciated 🙂

Don't listen to him, he is an idiot. All he does is go around the forums blasting anyone that even mentions they would consider buying a phone that is not made by LG.
What phone you should get? That would depend on how much money you want to spend. If you don't want to spend alot, I would simply suggest getting another Samsung 670. I had that phone and it is a great, reliable phone (much more reliable than the VX-6100). If you want a phone with all the features you can think of, I would suggest the LG-VX8000.
It simply comes down to how much money you want to spend. Hope this helps.

Amen on the 'how much do you want to spend' point... if he has to replace the phone at full price, a VX-8K will cost him around $400. 😳
Personally, I'd lean towards the Sammy 670 you suggested, $219 to replace and a heckuva nice phone. At the low end, Samsung 650 ...

also check ebay out, they have a lot of phones for verizon listed, new and used, I would go new, but, used is usually cheaper of course, either way, usually cheaper then retail price verizon charges..
another thing to do if you dont want to go thru ebay, call verizon on the phone and tell them what happened, they usually have what they call an "oops" deal where they will take $50 off the retail price for you, not a lot, but, better then nothing...good luck

I just did this, they gave me $50 off, and I still got the rebate, and my contract was not extended. It cost me $50 more then the 2 year contract price would have. I thought that was a fair deal, and I dont have to renew my contract is a bonus.... 🙂

Wonder why the sam670 is a "better" phone when its all digitial, no speakerphone, and you can't save a picture message sent to you as a wallpaper.. when the 6100 can do all those things and lg phones are typically more reliable on vzws network. The only reason I would have suggested you going with the 670 is if you had all the accessories with it. Other than that I would have suggested the 6100 as well.
