The MEID is a00000442ce4f9 and is listed lost or stolen out of the package, just bought brand new? How can this happen be fixed thanks

if you bought it at a store take it back... if you bought it from a private party being brand new in a box doesn't mean it was not stolen...
We had someone drive a car through the front of a store by us and take 100's of devices... those would all be reported as stolen. Also a common practice of credit mulers is to hit like walmart and ask them to leave the device in the box because it is a gift. They get 2year pricing with no intent on ever paying the bill and try to sell the devices. Those can also get tagged as stolen.
If you bought from a legit store they should be able to take care of it
