Looking for a mil-spec 4g smartphone that will work on Verizon's network. Don't need flashy, just rock solid survivability, any suggestions?

If rugged is what you're looking for, forget about smartphones. Even the ones that claim otherwise break much more easily than old-fashioned candy bars and flips. Regardless of which kind you buy and the cover, none can withstand the abuse that real mil-spec phones can handle.
