Yeah, there are still people out there that don't need as much texting and would pay less to get less. I think they could've left Messaging 200 and 1500 alone while also introducing the Messaging 1000. The only reason they should have gotten rid of any of those is if the price of unlimited texting (which, let's face it, is the most affordable part of any plan) was coming down.
Now if that happened, especially since there are two flavors of unlimited messaging now, that would be pretty cool.
But I doubt it's gonna happen âšī¸

200 messages would be like $30 at the per use rate, which is clearly more than the unlimited plan...but I wish they had left the 1000 messaging plan alone. Not everyone wants to pay $20 for unlimited.

What I was saying is make them like this:
Messaging Unlimited: $10
Messaging Unlimited with mobile to any mobile: $20
Family Messaging Unlimited: $20
Family Messaging Unlimited with mobile to any mobile: $30
That way, you can save money if you don't need the mobile to mobile extra.
