Hello guys: I have this customer that has been with us (cingular) for 6 months. He is now having this really weird problem. The problem is that his phone stops working everyday about 530pm. Sometimes at 500 or maybe at 6pm but the problem is that it happends everrrrry day. The phone stops working completely. He cant make or receive calls. Anybody knows what that might be? I have a cingular agent for 2 years and this is the first time that i see something like this.

Wat up Cingular customer care in the house is there an error message this customer is getting. Some kind of recording this customer is getting and what kind of phone is it?

my mom had a phone that had a battery right after it had been charged it went loww in 5 minutes without being used, she got it exchanged and the phone had the sam eproblem,. so she got it exchanged agian and now everything is fine, i think the best thing to do is let your customer exchange thier phone for a new one
