My parents have a plan with T-Mobile where they got trapped into an additional two year contract just because they changed the number of minutes in their plan. In the previous plan they were out of contract, month to month.

Since we were moving we changed out minutes and just because of that we got trapped in a new two year contract. Now, the signal that we have is so bad that it is impossible to use any of our phones. It seems like, no matter where we go the signal sucks and if we do somehow magically connect it is a really crappy connection and only lasts a little while.

Not only did they put us into a new contract but they didn't inform us that we were being put into a new contract and there was nothing going along with it. We only ...

Every carrier has their problem areas and it sounds like you found one of T-Mobile's. There's no way it's as bad as you make it out as clearly you're trying to get out of a contract that YOU agreed to. 😳

Your best bet is to keep a log of where and when you can't make calls and want to. Call customer service and politely ask to get out of the contract due to these issues. If you start telling tall tales or suggesting people not use T-Mobile because YOU agreed to a contract that you now want out of, you're going to get nowhere.

i believed that T-MOBILE have way to waived the cancellation fee if there is really a problem with t-mobile coverage in youre area 🙂
