I have my new Galaxy Note 3. I have full bars of coverage on TMobile's 4G network and I'm sitting here trying to watch some Netflix and it won't stream due to the network being too slow. So I download a speedtest app and I am getting .83 down and 1.46 up.

Am I missing something here? I switched from Sprint and was expecting a better experience than this.

HIGHLY unlikely. Try rebooting the phone. I regularly get 30 down and 5 or 6 up. Peak is much faster.

If that doesn't work, get on the phone with customer service.

Very, very rarely do I get 30mbps on Tmo LTE. Just a few times. Where I live at I get 3-4 bars of LTE, and it ranges between 10-27mbps.
