I try to love them, but the overall performance is just not there. While they have great plans and fast LTE, for a carrier it is all about COVERAGE. Their plans, speeds and features are useless if your cannot get a signal.

I am a fan of Tmobile and have a wonderful experience while using the same with XXSIM and availed loads of saving modes. Pretty good. thanks Tmobile for compatibility.

The best thing about T-Mobile is that their competitive pricing has forced everyone else to lower theirs. If T-mobile works for you - great! Don't worry about all the haters here who talk about poor coverage. If if works for you, great, if not, do something else.

The one common issue among a lot of t-mo users is billing.
They are alright as a company, but they have a bad problem of putting your remaining balance on one bill so it jacks the price up to 600+ and it happens on multiple months. (I've had this issue multiple times). I am sorry but it is beyond frustrating. their network has gotten a bit better but nothing like the ads say. (i do travel so I know from experience.) Customer service has gotten a lot better too.
