Usage not updating

I have been attempting to check my mobile number call usage for the past 3 weeks and it is not updating. T-mobile customer service reps are stating conflicting information. One said that T-mobile have removed access to the customer to see call/data usage in current bill cycle. Then one customer service rep is saying there have been a problem for the past two weeks where no one can view usage in current bill cycle. Have anyone been having this issue in the past three weeks?
