TMO and Assurion

Anyone have any experience with the insurance program?

I have it and have a SE t300 and it is taking a LONG time to make calls. Sometimes it doesn't connect at all and sometimes I have to re-dial 5 or 6 times. Does anyone have any idea what they would replace it with?

Happened to me 4 months ago ,replaced phone through mail with same model refurbished, it wasn't perfect so they sent another phone that was better. Minor problems but overall I'm satisfied.
