well I am pleased with my phone and the service for the modt part. I can call from my house but if anyone calls me it goes to voicemail. I just got these phones last Sat. my husbands phone had some problem in activation where he could make a call but couldn't recieve any we got that fixed and tonight I cut it off and it shut down but wouldn't cut off. I had to take the battery out and put it back in. So I guess we will see what happens with that tomorrow. Also the battery life is shorter than any phone I have ever had today mine was on for about 12 hours and the low battery beep started. I only used it. twice on PTT and twice to see if my mom and mom inlaw needed anything while I was out in the snow. 2 short calls.
