Well that was short lived ☹️ 👿 🤣 The file was removed this morning. I downloaded it before it was removed and tried to update the Touch and the Update failed to complete. So it appears that something evidently was not set correctly, but it shouldn't be that much longer. I experienced this with the last ROM upgrade to the Touch and the correct file was eventually available at the link on the website within a couple of days so hopefully this one will follow that same pattern. You can also download it at the Alltel download link which will send you over to the HTC website but it is still the same software. Just enter the information for the items: correct OS >> phone >> pick phone model.
