I worked for them when they were 360 then became Alltel...loved 360, hated Alltel.

me neither. Personally I never had much problem with Alltel other than I let them talk me into going with the moto v3a which was nothing but a wannabe in comparison with other razors. it would randomly reset itself in the middle of texting or playing a game due to faulty keypad, and would rarely send pictures correctly. Eventually I figured out the camera wasn't worth taking pics with anyway and could deal with the occasional reset, so I just decided to live with it until contract runs out this october.

my ex went through repeated replacements over a year due to the same issues (I stopped counting after her 6th samsung hue) only to get steadfast refusals to give her a different type of phone, or even give her a different battery which ...
