There's also this matter right now about a 'freeze' on porting in preparation for account migration to the VZW billing system - if you're in an area where that is in effect, then again, I say kudos to the rep you were talking to. They did their job, and did it well.

Somebody calls in to retrive their account number you give it to them, after you have verified the correct information of course.
