Diminishing ETF?

Does Alltel have an ETF policy that goes down monthly through the contract term?

It does to the best of my knowledge. If you're currently with Alltel and you're wanting to go with Verizon before you're absorbed by them, it's my understanding there is no ETF at all, but if you go to another carrier before your contract is out, there is.

T-Mobile has a tiered contract as well.

$200 ETF even if you have 1 day left on your contract.
