i'm not the only one

i work for cingular and have my phone throught alltel. originaly i didn't port over to cingular because i couldn't afford to term my contract. now i don't because i've had to deal with cingular reps in my job and alltel reps for personal business. i always escalate when i call 611 (sorry about your stats) to tell everyone how great cust service is. if i inform any kind of managment at work about someone or everyone in general it's not good. i'm not the only one, one of my friends got a cingular phone and tried to set it up on an employee plan (1000 free mins/month) before he even had the phone an hour (no joke) he had opened a new acct under alltel and returned the phone to cingular. ($10/month cingular compared to $50/month alltel) 😉 ...

What area? IT is much appreciated I love Alltel and I have worked there like six months.

i live in south mississippi. sometimes when i have a bad day at work i call 611. the conversation basically goes like this.
alltel: thank you for calling alltel...blah...blah...blah.
Me (angry): I want to speak to a manager!
Alltel: is there any thing i can do to help.
Me (angry): No! I just want a manager!
after 1-2 mins of this i get transfered.
Manager: can i help you? (shakey scared what now voice)
Me (sweet): i just wanted to let you know how great your reps are. i think you guys are just awesome.
Manager: 😳 😁 😳

well i work in the LR call center, and when people call to get a sup or manager, i always go straight to the sup, but before i ask the number and what the problem is so i can let the sup know. but when i tell a sup they usually tell me what to say and dont want to speak to the cust, there a few sup's that will take any call. but most wont unless the customer literally screams out of control. but i know what your saying. It is annoying to speak to a cust who wants to speak to a sup and doesnt want a rep bs'ing or unneccarily asking questions.

well if you have an address for the top dog there i'll gladly type up a letter (on my work computer) and mail it requesting that anyone whose ever touched my acct gets a raise. 😁
