I'm new to Alltel, thanks to the changeover from ATTWS to Alltel in OKC. I've got a few questions I'd like to know before they start trying to get me to switch here real soon. I'm a former Verizon user before switching to ATTWS when moving to OKC and I prefer CDMA, except for when I travel internationally of course 🙂.

To confirm your ESN question, some reps will do it and some reps won't, my friend went into the alltel store to activate his Verizon branded phone on Alltel and one of the customer care reps wouldn't do it but he asked around until one nice guy would and actually updated his phone so it wouldn't try to pull Verizon towers in alltel markets.
