remove i265 antenna plug

This Motorola fone has a hard plastic disc which looks like the cover to the external antenna connector. I am scratching the living cr@p out of the back of this little plug by trying to pry it out with a knife. Any ideas on how to remove it?

The plug is about 1/4 of an inch long, and must be pushed out form the inside. You can bring it to a Sprint Service Center, and they should be able to do that for you.
