Bluetooth & LG5300

I own a verizon agent store and we sold 2 LG5300 and 2 Moto H700 Bluetooth head sets. FYI they do not work together. we got them to work on the 8300 fine.. Called Moto and they have had problems and can not get them to stay connected.

Have you heard of any incompatibility with the LG AX490 and Motorola HS850 Bluetooth headset? I am experiencing a big problem with person on the other end receiving an annoying echo.
