I just received the LG CG225 today, and see on the LGE website a "serial cable" is an accessory. On eBay, I see there is a USB cable being sold that's reportedly for the CG225 (and other models).

Now, my newbie questions:
1) Which is the better cable to use?
2) What, if any, software is needed to move an image from the phone to PaintShopPro on my desktop computer?
3) I don't see any place to plug a cable in to the phone except where the charger plugs in - where should the USB or serial cable go?

Cingular has the bluetooth keyboard right on the shelf , but Verizon says "we dunno nuttin" Can anyone say as to whether Verizon has cripled that profile? Better yet can anyone say whether verizon is bettor or Cingular better?? Of course Cingular says their network is superior...
And wonder if I should hold out for Verizon to go GSM or ????? thanks in advance.. tommie

I am going to go back to the PDA style phone, and I am wondering what is the best bluetooth headset that I can get to pair with the HTC 8100 series. Please give me a reason why you think the headset is the best.

I'm lookin to get one for my LG VX8500. So far, it seems like the Plantronics Pulsar 590 is the way to go. Any thoughts or suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!!

My phone, the LG VX9800, S/W version 02 is now hooked up to a Nextlink Bluespoon Spider headset that works wonderfully for the phone but will not let me listen to MP3s. LG tells me that the v.02 was not configured for Bluetooth and would never be able to communicate the MP3s to a wireless headset. Upgrading to v.05 will not correct the problem. Someone recommended Softick Audio Gateway which turns out to be for Palm products-maybe something alomg the same lines but for this phone? Any help would be appreciated.

Wouldn't you like to have a cell phone has a builtin detachable BT earset ?

Wouldn't it will be great to have a cellphone that comes with the headset in it, and once you have to talk you can either use it the old fashion way, OR you can pull out a small BT headset from the top of the phone (like the pen of a PDA) and once you finish you put it back.
Think of it ... A small BT ear plug that charges of the cell phone and its carrying case is actually the cell phone it self,
and no need for extra power adapter for the earset.

The store where I just purchased my LG 8600 put the leather case on it. Any ideas how to remove it without breaking the phone? It's incredibly tight.

I have a headset and the rubber gasket/earpiece is falling off of it. Is there any way to replace this cushion? It really helps with noise reduction.

I'm planning on picking up a Sony Ericcson w810 in the coming weeks; I know that the battery life is killer, but I'd still like to get a second battery and separate battery charger for it(I plan on making extensive use of the mp3 player functions, and I'm not at home a lot to charge it); is there a separate battery charger available, and where would I find them? Any help is appreciated.

I was just wondering if anyone had a link to a page/site that has a fairly recent compatibility list for cell phone chargers.
