If my friend signed a 3 yr contract with rogers, and is within first thirty days, can he revert to a 2yr or 1yr without any adverse consequences? Or does Rogers even have a buyer's remorse period?

Yeah but isn't it like 30 days or a certain amount of minutes? If you use a certain amount of minutes it voids out the 30 days. Thats what they told me. That may have changed.
