today i got my second replacement. Well yesterday monday.
Yes, their post exchange program is quick. However I had to exchange the phone a second time because the first replacement's sim card reader was not working, but before they agreed to exchange it they had me swap out new sim cards twice. The phone wasnt registering to the network. There was always a white phone bar where the G is suppose to be in a sidekick
And i had to pay a second time to ship the phone out. Im not happy but i got my phone.

Nope. Also hate to tell you this but you will actually need the data plan for the phone to work. So I suggest to pay the extra money and get it.
