If it was a touch screen then it would have been a lot better, I dont even see a trackball on it.

Oh. And it is a full touch screen. If you go to the AT&T link, you can actually read up on the phone. ;)

This is simply my opinion, although I think the requirement may be alittle steep, cost wise, I get it! I had a customer who absolutely refused to get a messaging prior to the new policy, and they came back alittle more than a month later and swore I never gave them the option of the messaging plans! AT&T gave that customer a $70.00 credit for overage... and these stories are all over the place! Somebody is always messing it up for everybody else... oh well... life goes on! This device uses a different OS than the Sidekick...

IS not, sidekicks use the Danger OS. They just kinda used that form factor. This is more or less ani entry level dumb phone. ...

The Link has a 5 button (up, down, sides and center) little pushpad just like every other non-PDA phone.
