6600 Video Conversion

I've read several postings involving the conversion from MPG etc. to 3GP format, which is done by the Nokia software directly.

But how can I convert the videos which the 6600 makes and which are in 3GP format into MPG or AVI?

Thanks! In the meantime I've purchased an inexpensive tool from Ulead Software which does all conversions as well.
