Hello, I researched your question I found that you can modify the order of your start menu with this neat utility called Jeyo Personalizer, (http://www.jeyo.com/products/JeyoPersonalize r.asp) Not sure if you can customize the order at the top of your homepage since those applications are your most recently run, though there might be a program "dock" that locks the program link there.. But i'm not really sure, sorry.
I am trying to find a link that customizes your homepage with the theme colors your internet favorites, email settings, all that stuff (neat tool - all online)
