Windows Mobile Standard

Im having trouble installing the software in my computer it says an error... couldn't open key: verify that you have sufficient access to that key///// can somebody help me.. i tried to do something with the firewall i turned it off and the same thing, i have this antivirus mcfee but i dunno how to turn off the firewall of the mcfee... help please..
