Windows Mobile Standard

im using active sync.i have tried to install iTunes on my mpx200 and it simply wont work i hav tried placing it in the accessories folder and wen i open it it says it is not a valid Windows CE application.also wen i try to install files by opening them on the pc the dialog box that prompts you to install the application on the phone flashes up on the phone screen for a second then goes away.i am new to this any help is greatly appreciated.steve ☹️
