q1 2005 approx date it could change with any gps delays or software delays and what not.. the fcc order will probably not affect it that much if any affect at all.

people might not be scamed for the 860, but def for the i930 since that phone HAS NOT EVEN been oked by the fcc yet.
the i860 will come out oct 1st and 930 will probably be in the 1st quarter or 2nd quarter of 2005 depending on a number of factors including the fcc OKing the phone.
