Owner information- This phone belongs to- SAMSUNG ACCLAIM

When the Samsung r880 Acclaim is locked (or times out) it says the time the date and then it says

THIS PHONE BELONGS TO:

I cannot find a place to edit the information that shows there, where do i input the name? So the phone displays

THIS PHONE BELONGS TO ME?

Any help?
