Overloaded my MYTOUCH 3G Slide with too many txts. Followed the advice of a customer rep and did a factory reset.
Now my phone won't save contacts, delete txts, and runs slower than ever. It also erased contacts from my phone and wouldn't load from my SIM.
I tried to put my SIM in another phone (MOTO Cliq) and was able to recover my contacts from SIM. Put it back in my phone: Nothing.
Any suggestions?
