Samsung Internet Speeds
I found this video of a guy doing speed tests with a variety of Samsung phones:

I am a bit confused, as they seem to vary widely depending on model (including some older models doing very well). I was under the assumption that Internet speed is based off of the carrier and your WiFi connection, not the phone itself.
Does this make some of these models better than the others?
