Ok this is what happend...

I walked in, and Chris wasn't there. He had apparently better things to do. I don't really know the reason, but nontheless, I wasn't upset that he wasn't there. 🙂

I started out confirming all the evidence that I had against him. I was VERY encouraged by the judge to tell me "more" about each incident. Funny thing was, is that she was shaking her head in disgust every time I 'submitted' evidence. Long story short...the judge is SUPER DUPER Disgusted with Chris. She asked me today if I was wanting sole custody without visitaion for Chris...before I could even think up and answer, Andy cut in and said that we were still determining that amongst ourselves...

I let fonscene pick the kids up. Chris just called the store and asked me where and when I wanted the kids when I got off work!

I am infurriated. I called Fonscene and threw a well-warrented fit. I asked her what she was thinking letting him pick the kids up. She said that they're his kids too. and that she felt 'bad' denying him to see them. I asked her if she was f-ing stupid or something. If she goes home, does she think that he isn't going to come over??

yes I did, and I am go ing to be at fault...because I let her pick them up in the first place...

But she knows he's not allowed to have visitation without a court appointed supervisor. What did Andy tell you?

No matter what, he's still breaking a court order, it doesn't matter that you said she could pick them up. That's the point, you said SHE could pick up the kids, not him.
